Booking and Details 

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed; 1 full size bed; 1 single bed). All bedrooms are on the upper level.

Cooking

We offer a fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. There is a dining room for 6 and an outdoor picnic table.

​

Farm fresh 

We are happy to provide you with vegetables during your stay. You will either receive an assortment of veggies in your fridge, or if our farm store is open, a credit to come buy vegetables at the store next door. We also have a pick-your-own garden during summer months.    

 

Please note that we do not grow tree fruit or berries at the farm, if you’re looking for fruit there are a number of pick-your-own fruit farms around: Mead Orchards, Thompson-Finch Farm (organic) and Greig Farm. There is also a great fruit farm stand, Montgomery Place Orchards farm stand (corner of Rt. 9G and Rt. 199 in Red Hook).

You can purchase eggs and pork at our farm store right next door (open Wed–Fri 11am–6pm and Weekends 10am–4pm).  If you prefer you can use our online farm store to pre-order eggs and pork, which we will have available in your fridge.

​

Children

We have a pack-n-play, as well as fitting sheets and blankets. We also have a high chair and a double rugged running stroller. There are also quite a few toys, games, and books for children.

​

Connectivity and entertainment

We offer wi-fi as well as a smart TV, where you can log in to Netflix, etc.

​

Bathroom

The house has one bathroom. Towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.

​

Washing machine

We have a small stacked washer and dryer with soap.

​

Heating and cooling

The house has central air and heat. 

​

Safety

The house is equipped with new smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. Emergency information is included in the welcome packet.

Pets, smoking, movies, etc.

We do not allow pets, smoking, tv/film shoots or large gatherings on the property.
